At Maple Pinoy Apparel, each item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are print-on-demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing and Production Time

All orders are custom-made through our print provider. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before the order is shipped.

Production times may vary depending on the product, order size, product availability, holidays, and busy seasons.

Shipping Time

After your order has been produced, shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.

Estimated shipping times may include:

  • United States: approximately 2–8 business days after production

  • Canada: approximately 3-10 business days after production

  • International orders: approximately 10–30 business days after production

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery time includes:

Production time + shipping time

For example, if production takes 2–7 business days and shipping takes 10–30 business days, your order may take longer depending on your location and the print provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product, quantity, destination, and shipping method.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on where each item is produced.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for your order.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Maple Pinoy Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing information, or an unclaimed package, additional charges may apply for a replacement or reshipment.

Delays

Shipping delays may happen due to holidays, high order volume, weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to help if there is an issue with your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will review the issue and help you with the next steps.
