Refund & Return Policy
At Maple Pinoy Apparel, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are print-on-demand and custom-produced, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Incorrect order details entered by the customer
Please make sure to review the size chart, product color, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
To process your request, please send us:

Your order number

A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

A short description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our print provider to arrange a replacement or refund when eligible.
There is no need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.
Print Placement Notice
Because each product is printed individually, slight variations in print placement may happen. For direct-to-garment printed items, small placement differences of up to approximately 0.5 inch are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
Failed Delivery or Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing information, or an unclaimed package, we may not be able to offer a full refund. In some cases, a replacement may be available with an additional charge.
