Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind. We only offer replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement or refund when eligible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Since items are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once the order has entered production.

Can I choose a different shirt color?

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size chart before placing your order. Since each item is made to order, we recommend measuring one of your favorite shirts and comparing it to the size guide.

How should I care for my T-shirt or hoodie?

For longer-lasting print quality, wash inside out with cold water. Use gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed yet, we will try our best to update the address. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Will I receive tracking information?
